Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there are any issues with the items you purchased, please contact us first. We are always at your service.
In order to avoid the hustle, please double check your item’s details such as rug size, color, style carefully before you place the order, as our goods are processed according to the requirements in your order. All placed orders are subjected to our return policy.
It is advisable to measure the room or space where you’re planning to place your rug. We also recommend having a color palette for your interior scheme at hand to be certain it will match everything perfectly.
No hidden charges or restocking fees. All our products include a return shipping label to make it easy for you. Please know to return your item terms and conditions apply:
Please be aware that any item to be returned must be in new, unused and resalable condition, with the tag still attached in the same place as originally sent. DO NOT REMOVE THE TAG.
You can return defective, damaged, or wrong product-shipped items (meaning, the item shipped was not the item ordered). Please, contact us to let us know the reason for your returned item within 30 days upon receiving the shipment to email@example.com or calling 704-763-1111.
Please provide credible pictures or videos to show the defect, damage or proof of wrong item shipment during your return request. Once this has been verified, you can return the items with our authorization.
Once we receive the returned item, you will receive a replacement or a full refund for defective, damaged, or wrongly-shipped items. For all other returns, shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
If you would like to exchange your rug for another, we are happy to help. Exchanges may be done so long as the original item is returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Corresponding fees might be charged based on the changes you request.
Note: When you place an order before 12 pm your order will be shipped the same day. Order after that time will be shipped the next day, on business days. We do not ship items on the weekends.
Unpaid: Changes are allowed, but might cause price difference.
Paid: Changes are allowed, but might cause price difference.
Processed: Changes are allowed but might cause price difference.
Ready to Ship: Orders can’t be changed in Ready to Ship status unless you contact us before the item leaves the warehouse.
Shipped: Orders can’t be changed in Shipped status.
Unpaid: Orders will be automatically canceled without payment in 24 hours
Paid: Orders canceled in Paid status will be eligible for a full refund.
Ready to Ship: can be canceled if the product hasn’t left the warehouse. Please contact us immediately to make this request.
Shipped: Orders in Shipped status can’t be canceled.
