Choosing a rug for the living room always comes to three different sizes. If you have a big room with furniture floating in the middle, we would recommend a large rug to cover every item in the center.

Tip: Large rugs make rooms appear larger and spacious.

When you have furniture placed against a wall or small corner, we would recommend a rug where all the legs of your furniture are one step inside the rug. This choice works great when you also have other rugs in your room.

For smaller rooms with only one bed, a 3x5 area rug will work great posing as a runner. However, if you want half of the bed on the rug a 4x6 would work great too. Remember the rug should be wider than nightstands and smaller than bed's length.

For those comfy lovers who want to wake up and have a soft touch under their feet, a 2x3 rug next to the bed will make quite that effect plus adding a beautiful accent detail to your decor. 2x3 area rugs function with every bed.
